Recently my MIL was treated here, and her experience was very positive. If you expect hospital like care, you will be unhappy, but this is not a hospital. It is full of people who do things for people most of us would not be willing to do. I'm happy they are there for us. Clark, Miss Tiffany among others were very good to my MIL and we are grateful for them. My MIL cried when she left because she was going to miss those folks. The lady at the front was extremely helpful too. I cannot remember her name. but she was very accommodating on several occasions.
I recently had to place my loved one in this facility, and I must say I was very hesitant but as soon as I entered the facility I felt welcomed by the young lady at the front desk. I met the administrator Scott and he was very welcoming as well and offered me some goodies 😊 He then introduced me to another nice young lady named Erica and she assured me my loved one would be well taken care of as we toured the entire facility. As I stated, I was very hesitant and had a little anxiety, but she continued to reassure me that my loved one was in good hands. I was then introduced to two young ladies by the name of Allison and Alisha that were very helpful as well and whatever questions or concerns I had they were very thorough in taking care of everything for my loved one. I felt so much better at the end of my tour. These employees were outstanding!
My aunt was treated with the utmost respect and compassion during her stay at Signature. The level of customer service provided is phenomenal. Erica Colquitt was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made a very difficult time bearable by answering questions that we had not even considered. She was not only concerned about my aunt but made each interaction with our family personal. She and the entire staff were pleasant and very reassuring. We would recommend this facility (and have) to others. I wish I could give more than five stars! Keep doing what you are doing. It’s not just a profession it’s a calling. You all are touching so many lives.

I've had an AMAZING experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, the staff was very caring and compassionate. The residents speak very highly of their care givers, often getting offended if they hear someone speak negatively of them. It has been an amazing journey. We have survived some of the worst times, especially dealing with covid, but through it all we made it, If you or your loved one is in need of great care, please bring them to Signature of Tower Road. You won't be disappointed

My experience with working at signature has been good. I enjoy coming to work and taking care of the patients. I've seen patients from all different backgrounds and health situations. By far this has been one of the best work experiences I've had in a while. I applaud the nurses and teamwork from the CNA's.
My husband received excellent care particularly from CNA Crystal. The best example of healthcare provider we’ve encountered over years of experience with my husband and his illness. The other employees were also nice and helpful particularly Karen. Thank you.
My aunt was a patient at Signature & she had a great experience. The Staff was very caring. Even at the front desk, Ms. Erica was incredibly helpful, professional & empathetic throughout the admissions process. Her knowledge and efficiency made everything seamless!
